Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Marination of chicken
  2. Chicken 1 kg
  3. Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  4. Tandoori masala 4 tbsp
  5. Salt
  6. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  7. Red food colour
  8. For gravy
  9. Tomatoes 5 (make a fine paste)
  10. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp
  11. Kitchen king masala 4 tbsp
  12. Fresh Cream 150 ml
  13. Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
  14. Butter 4 tbsp
  15. Salt
  16. Cashew nut powder 5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with all marination ingredient for 4 hours.
  2. Then fry chicken in little oil.
  3. Now make gravy.
  4. In a pan add all gravy ingredient except fresh cream and dry fenugreek.
  5. Cook for 20 mins.
  6. Then add fried chicken, fresh cream, and dry fenugreek.
  7. Cook for more 7 to 10 mins.
  8. Done
