ABOUT Chicken steak butter rice bowl RECIPE

Spiced marinated Chicken breast cooked in butter served on a bed of garlic butter rice cooked with Italian seasoning and acompanied by stir fried vagies in white sauce and boiled egg

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Chicken breast 1 piece of 100-120g
  2. Butter 40g
  3. Onion powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
  5. Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
  6. Salt and pepper as required
  7. Nutmeg powder for chicken 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Honey 1 table spoon
  9. For rice: Cooked rice 2 cups
  10. Butter for rice about 60g
  11. Chopped garlic 2 teaspoon
  12. Red cilli flex 1 teaspoon
  13. Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon , Salt as required
  14. For stir fry veg in white sauce: vegetables 1 cup (cubed capsicum, tomato,cauliflower, onion)
  15. Origano 1/2 teaspoon,salt and pepper as required
  16. Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
  17. For white sauce: butter 40g, All purpose flour 2 table spoon, milk 1and 1/2 cup
  18. Salt and pepper as required
  19. Nutmeg powder 1/4 teaspoon
  20. 1 hard boiled egg

Instructions

  1. Make slits on cleaned and rinced chicken pieces add all ingredients except butter and honey and marinate it for about 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes heat butter and add marinated chicken and cover it cook it without adding any water one side on low flame.
  3. Then flip and cook the other side similarly.
  4. Repeat the process until it well cooked the spread the honey and cover again
  5. Switch off the flame keep it aside
  6. White sauce- heat butter add all purpose flour and mix stir continuously and add milk little portion at a time and mix well. Thus mix the full milk.Add nutmeg powder salt and pepper mix and keep aside.
  7. Heat butter add chopped onions , garlic shallow fry it stir. Add vegetables and stir fry.
  8. Add salt and pepper origano and stir again. Fry for 12 minutes on medium low flame. Now mix the white sauce and cook for about 2 minutes. Cover it remove from heat and keep aside.
  9. Rice- heat butter add chopped garlic. Fry it add cooked rice , salt and pepper stir it. Mix cilli flex and Italian seasoning mix well add little more butter. Mix.
  10. Now in the serving bowl take the garlic butter rice cooked with Italian seasoning. Put the chicken on top And serve with stir fried vegetables in white sauce and sliced boiled egg.
