An easy to make and quick yo assemble healthy breakfast!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. one banana
  2. one cup milk
  3. one tablespoon Chia seeds
  4. 2 tablespoon muesli
  5. sliced fruits of your choice
  6. Almonds one tablespoon sliced
  7. 8 to 10 black raisins
  8. 1 teaspoon candied fruits

Instructions

  1. blend banana with half cup milk
  2. show Chia seeds in half cup milk for 15 minutes
  3. take a mason jar. add banana smoothie in it
  4. add Chia seeds along with milk and mix well
  5. add muesli over it
  6. add sliced fruits over it
  7. Top it up with sliced Almonds black raisins and candied fruits
