Tomatoes - 7 to 8
Garlic (crushed) - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Black pepper powder - 2 pinch
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Cream - for garnishing
Salted Butter - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup

Instructions

Firstly take tomatoes, pressure cook them and wait for 2 to 3 whistles.
After that when the tomatoes start cooling down, peel their skin and mash them in a bowl. Keep aside.
Now take a wok add butter, crushed garlic, mashed tomatoes and stir it for few minutes.
Now add 1 cup of water, salt, pepper powder, sugar and stir well.
After 2 to 3 boils, turn off the flame. Pour it in a bowl, garnish it with fresh cream and pepper powder.
