I love cookies and biscuits with my cup of tea or coffee. Either to dunk or just as a quick snack. Ingredients Serving: 3

Flour / maida - 60 gm
Dessicated coconut - 30 gm
Butter -40 gm
Baking powder - 1/8 tsp
Milk - for dough 4 tsp
Water - as needed
Salt pinch of
Sugar 40 gm

Instructions

Preheat the oven at 350 F (180 C) for at least 10 minutes. Take a large bowl and keep a large strainer over it to sift the dry ingredients (60gm maida and 1/8 teaspoon baking powder). If you are using unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt.
Sift them together
In a bowl add butter and make creamy texture , and mix sugar and cream together
Add dessicated coconut , maida , baking powder and mix with soft hand.
Don't rub hardly , make a soft dough by adding milk if you needed add water .
When the dough preapare grease the bowl and cover with muslin cloth and refferigerate at least 1 hour
After 1 hours , divide the dough in 8 balls small and cover with dessicated coconut .
Grease the pan and bake in preheated oven at least 15 mins 180 c convection mode .
Cookies are fresh out from oven serve with milk tea .
