ABOUT Fresh Gauva Crush RECIPE

Seasonal Fruit Gauva crush made before hand...also in Monsoon fruits get spoilt soon..so making its Crush/Pulp and stored/REFRIGERATED...is easier to make Gauva Juice,Gauva Chutney or in making gravy for Gauva capsicum Subzi.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2-Medium Gauva (350gm)
  2. 2 tbsp Sugar
  3. 1tsp Salt
  4. 1/4Cup Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and Pat dry Gauva. Cut into slices.. remove the seeded part ..as shown.
  2. Cut these Gauva Slices into small pieces.
  3. In mixer Grinder..Jar add these cut pieces along with Sugar and Salt..grind for one minute.
  4. Add 1/4 cup..and again grind to Smooth pulp.
  5. Strain this Prepared Gauva Pulp with strainer to remove Lumps or seeds if left .Store this strained pulp crush in Mason jar..and keep it Refrigerated .Use as required. Can be stored for 3-4days.
  6. Now grind the seeded Gauva Slices in mixer grinder with 1/4cup water..for few minutes.Strain the mixture..to remove seeds.
  7. In a glass add this strained Gauva Pulp..add 125 ml water and blend with Boss hand Blender..for few minutes. Serve & Relish chilled This Prepared Fresh Gauva Juice with Icecubes.
