ABOUT Caramel Pudding RECIPE

Simplest dessert and very easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Milk half litre
  2. Sugar 2n half bowl
  3. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  4. Eggs 10
  5. Big handi for steaming
  6. Water

Instructions

  1. Take a juicer.
  2. Break eggs all of them
  3. Add sugar 2 bowls
  4. Add milk
  5. Add vanilla extract n mix it for 3 minutes.
  6. Now rest sugar u caramelise in medium hot pan until brown. Pour in a bowl u want to steam the pudding. Spread in the bottom of the bowl evenly.
  7. After a minute, pour the mixture u made on the caramel slowly.
  8. Now in a big handi boil 1/4 water and slowly place the pudding bowl in the water. Be very careful as the water tends to be boiling hot.
  9. Now cover the lid and let it steam for 45 minutes in medium flame.
  10. When it's done just open the lid n let it rest for few minutes before taking out the bowl from the handi.
  11. Chill the pudding in fridge for at least 3 hours before taking out.
  12. After chilling, place a plate above the bowl and slowly turn the bowl upside down and let it come out itself.
  13. Now cut n serve
