Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 kg bhindi
  2. 1& 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
  3. 5-6 soaked whole dry red chilli
  4. 2 tsp coriander seeds
  5. 2 tsp fennel seed
  6. 2 tsp whole jeera
  7. 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  8. 4 medium sized tomato
  9. 7-8 small size whole onions ( optionally)
  10. 2-3 tsp salt
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 2-3 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Soak dry red chilli in water for 15 minutes
  2. Wash & Cut the lady fingers in length wise
  3. Heat oil till it becomes Smokey & turn off the flame & cool it
  4. Then again heat oil & ADD whole jeera,coriander seeds,fennel seed & grated coconut .mix it 2-3 minutes on low flame
  5. Then add soak red chilli in it & grind all mixture of seeds into a fine paste
  6. Put it in kadahi ,cook it .Cut the whole onion from centre like + ,not cut at deep. ,mix in Masala & ADD fine chopped tomatoes in it
  7. Cook for 3 minutes& add salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder in it
  8. Add cut lady fingers in it
  9. Cook until it becomes tender
  10. Serve it with hot chappati
