Mango delight is a delicious sweet and it is a quick recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3/4 cup mava
  2. 3/4 cup mango pulp
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 2 tbsp agar agar powder
  5. 2 tbsp cornflour
  6. 2 tbsp Desicated coconut

Instructions

  1. Grate mava and add in a pan
  2. Let it roast
  3. Then add mango pulp
  4. And mix in mava
  5. Stir it and cook 3 min.
  6. Till then add agar agar powder in 4 tbsp water
  7. Mix it finely avoid lumps
  8. Now add this in mava mango mix
  9. On slow flame cook again for 5 min.
  10. Take 4 tbsp water and add cornflour in it
  11. Mix finely
  12. After five min. add cornflour in pan and mix finely
  13. And cook again for 3 min.
  14. Take a tray and add water in it
  15. Spread water in whole surface
  16. Just make wet it
  17. And pour mixture in it
  18. Spread evenly and let it cool
  19. After 2-3 hours cut in desired shape
  20. Take dedicated coconut in plate and roll these mango delight
  21. Our tasty mango delights are ready to serve
