ABOUT Fry Potatoes In Pizza Sauce With Pizza Kachori RECIPE

Aalu kachori is famous north Indian recipe. These deep fried kachoris goes well with curry potatoes. Here I made these kachoris with a twist i.e. pizza kachori. U can serve it as a breakfast, snack or when guests at ur home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. FOR KACHORIS OUTER COVERING : - refined flour 2 cup
  2. Salt one teaspoon
  3. Carrom seeds one tea spoon
  4. Red chilly powder half teaspoon
  5. Oil three table spoon
  6. FOR STUFFING: - one finally chopped onion
  7. One finally chopped capsicum
  8. Finally chopped garlic 5-6 cloves
  9. Oil one tablespoon
  10. Salt according to taste
  11. Red chilly flakes half teaspoon
  12. Mix herbs one teaspoon
  13. Grated mozerella cheese half cup
  14. FOR POTATOES PIZZA SAUCE: - tomatoes 6-7
  15. Garlic cloves 15-20
  16. One finally chopped onion
  17. Salt according to taste or one teaspoon
  18. Red chilly powder one teaspoon
  19. Red chilly flakes one teaspoon
  20. Mix herbs one teaspoon
  21. Vinegar one tablespoon
  22. Tomato sauce one tablespoon
  23. Sugar one teaspoon
  24. Oil two tablespoon
  25. Basil leaves 4-5
  26. Washed and Boiled baby potatoes with skin cut in to half

Instructions

  1. FOR KACHORIS: - sieve the flour in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper, Carrom seeds and oil in it. Mix well.
  3. Knead a soft dough by using water and keep aside for ten minutes.
  4. Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan.
  5. Add garlic in it and saute for one minute.
  6. Add onions and capsicum in it and saute for five minutes.
  7. Add corns, salt, chilly flakes and mix herbs in it.
  8. Mix well and switch off the flame and let it cool down.
  9. Heat oil in a kadai.
  10. Divide the dough into equal portions and make round balls.
  11. Roll the balls into a thin circle by using rolling pin.
  12. Add one spoon stuffing on it. Place some cheese in it.
  13. Sealed it carefully. Pressed the balls with ur palm.
  14. Deep fry these kachoris on low flame until golden and crispy.
  15. Drain out on absorbent paper.
  16. FOR POTATOES PIZZA SAUCE: - slit x on tomatoes and add it into boiling water for five minutes.
  17. After strain it peeled the skin of tomatoes and blend into smooth puree.
  18. Heat one table spoon oil in a pan.
  19. Add boiled potatoes in it and saute for two minutes.
  20. Add salt, chilly flakes and mix herbs in it. Mix well.
  21. Heat oil in a pan.
  22. Add grated garlic in it and saute until golden.
  23. Add onions in it and saute until transparent.
  24. Add tomatoes puree in it and cook for five minutes.
  25. Add salt and pepper, chilly flakes, sugar, Basil leaves, mix herbs in it. Mix well.
  26. Add vinegar and tomato sauce in it. Mix well.
  27. Cook the sauce five minutes.
  28. Add fried potatoes in it and cook for two minutes. It's ready.
