Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup roasted sewaiyan
  2. 1 glass full cream milk
  3. 3 strands kesar
  4. 1/4 tsp elaichi powder
  5. 2 tbsp sugar
  6. 2 tsp agar agar
  7. 1 cup mango puree
  8. 2 tsp sugar
  9. 1 glass water
  10. Pista for garnish

Instructions

  1. For mango jelly Take a pan add watrr and agar agar boil it for a min and cool it down and mix it with mango puree and powdered sugar mix it well.
  2. Take a glass tilt it and add gelly as shown in a pic. Put it in fridge for around 30 min or till set.
  3. Now tak another pan add milk ,sugar,elaichi and boil it now add sewaiayan. Cover it for 5 min.
  4. Now cool it down.now add it in with jelly. Garnish with pista.
