  1. Papaya 1 medium size
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1tbsp Cardamom powder
  4. 2tbsp ghee
  5. 1 tbsp coconut pd
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 1 cup khoya
  8. Some dry fruits

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel off and grate the papaya
  2. Heat a pan, add ghee nd rost dry fruits, and keep aside Now add grated papaya nd cook in medium flame 5min Then add milk and cook 10min more on simmer gas Then add khoya ,sugar, dry fruits and coconut powder cook until sticking consistency. Now make it cool then make laddus..
