Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Macaroni- 100Gms
  2. Sesame oil - 3 Tbsp
  3. Onions - 2
  4. Garlic Cloves - 2
  5. Tomatoes - 4
  6. Capsicum - Half
  7. Carrot -1
  8. Beans - 4
  9. Green Peas - 30 Gms
  10. Ginger Garlic Red Chilli Paste - 3 Tsp
  11. Salt - Required
  12. MTR Sambar Powder - 2-3 Tsp
  13. Aachi Red Chilli Powder - 1 Spoon
  14. Turmeric - Half Spoon
  15. Pepper - Half Spoon
  16. Garam Masala - Half Spoon
  17. Corriander Powder - Half Spoon
  18. Maggi- Hot and Sweet Sauce 1.5 tsp
  19. Spring Onions - Garnishing

Instructions

  1. Boil Macaroni in water for 15 Mins in Medium Flame with little Salt.
  2. In a Kadai, add 3 Tbsp of Sesame oil, Add finely chopped Garlic Cloves and Saute until Golden Brown.
  3. Add Finely Chopped Onions, add little salt and saute until Golden Brown.
  4. Add Ginger Garlic Red Chilli Paste and cook until raw small moves away.
  5. Add Finely Chopped Tomatoes, and cook until Mushy.
  6. Add Carrot, Beans, Peas, Capsicum with little water and close the lid and cook for 10 mins in Low Flame.
  7. Now Add in all the Spices, salt, MTR Sambar Powder, Aachi Red Chilli Powder ,Pepper, Turmeric ,Garam Masala, Corriander Powder.
  8. Add in the Strained Boiled Macaroni. And Stir all together for 1 min and allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame.
  9. Add a 1 and a half spoon of hot and sweet Sauce to enhance the taste. Add Spring Onions for Garnishing. Serve hot the Spicy Tangy Macroni and Enjoy.
