Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mango 2
  2. Sabja seeds 4 tsp
  3. Sugar 3 tsp
  4. Milk 1 cup
  5. Ice cubes 3

Instructions

  1. In bowl add water and soak sabja seeds for 1 hour.
  2. In pan boil milk and cool it.
  3. Now In mixer add mango pieces,ice cubes,sugar,milk.blend it.
  4. After add soaked sabja seeds.mix well.
  5. Mango sabja smoothie is ready to serve with ice cream.
