ABOUT Fruit Raita RECIPE

Fruit raita prepared with fresh creamy curd and lots of fruits makes a perfect and simple recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Curd 2 cup
  2. Chopped Banana
  3. Chopped apple
  4. Grapes 10 pcs
  5. Pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp
  6. Sugar 2 tsp
  7. Black salt 1/4 tsp
  8. Black grapes 10 pcs

Instructions

  1. Take curd in a bowl and whisk it until it becomes smooth.
  2. Then add apple,banana,grapes,black grapes,sugar,black salt to the curd and mix everything well.
  3. To the curd add pomegranate seeds and put the mixture into refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. After half an hour take out the raita from the fridge and serve it.The fruit raita is ready.
