Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1-FOR CHOCOLATE YOGHURT BARK-
  2. one fourth Cup yoghurt
  3. 1-2 tablespoon honey
  4. 1 tsp cocoa powder
  5. few roasted cashews for Garnish
  6. 2-FOR MANGO YOGHURT BARK-
  7. one fourth Cup hung yoghurt
  8. 2 tbsp frozen mango
  9. two drops of vanilla essence
  10. mango puree for swirl
  11. Chopped pistachios for garnish
  12. 3-FOR KIWI YOGHURT BARK-
  13. one fourth Cup hung yoghurt
  14. 2 tbsp frozen Kiwi
  15. 1-2 tablespoon honey
  16. Pumpkin seeds and Almonds for Garnish
  17. 4-FOR STRAWBERRY YOGHURT BARK-
  18. half cup hung yoghurt
  19. 1 tablespoon honey
  20. one and half tablespoon strawberry compote
  21. two drops of vanilla essence
  22. coloured sprinkler for Ganesh
  23. 5-FOR CREAM CHEESE YOGHURT BARK-
  24. one fourth Cup hung yoghurt
  25. 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  26. 1-2 tablespoon honey
  27. two drops of vanilla essence
  28. Cranberries and Pumpkin seeds for Garnish

Instructions

  1. FOR CHOCOLATE YOGHURT BARK- Mix together yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, and cashews in a blender jar.
  2. Spread your yogurt mix on a small baking tray or plate lined with cling wrap or foil paper.
  3. Spread some cashews on top.
  4. Place tray in freezer for a minimum of 4 hours to harden.
  5. Once hard enough, break into pieces and enjoy immediately
  6. FOR MANGO YOGHURT BARK-
  7. Mix together yogurt, Frozen mango and honey in a blender jar.
  8. Spread your yogurt mix on a small baking tray or plate lined with cling wrap or foil paper.
  9. Swirl some extra mango puree on top and scatter over some pistachios
  10. Place tray in freezer for a minimum of 4 hours to harden.
  11. Once hard enough, break into pieces and enjoy immediately
  12. FOR KIWI YOGHURT BARK -
  13. Mix together yogurt, Frozen kiwi and honey in a blender jar.
  14. Pulse for a while
  15. Spread your yogurt mix on a small tray or plate lined with cling wrap or foil paper.
  16. Swirl some extra honey on top and scatter over some roasted pumpkin seeds and almonds.
  17. Place tray in freezer for a minimum of 4 hours to harden.
  18. Once hard enough, break into pieces and enjoy immediately
  19. 4-FOR STRAWBERRY YOGHURT BARK-
  20. Mix together yogurt, strawberry compote and honey in a blender jar.
  21. Pulse for a while
  22. Spread your yogurt mix on a small tray or plate lined with cling wrap or foil paper.
  23. Swirl some extra strawberry compote on top and scatter over some colourful sprinkler.
  24. Place tray in freezer for a minimum of 4 hours to harden.
  25. Once hard enough, break into pieces and enjoy immediately
  26. FOR CREAM CHEESE YOGHURT BARK-
  27. Mix together yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla essence and honey in a blender jar.
  28. Pulse for a while
  29. Spread your yogurt mix on a small tray or plate lined with cling wrap or foil paper.
  30. Swirl some extra honey on top and scatter over some dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
  31. Place tray in freezer for a minimum of 4 hours to harden.
  32. Once hard enough, break into pieces and enjoy immediately
