This curry is very famous in south which can be easy to make and taste awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 raw mango
  2. 1 cup yogurt
  3. 1/2 spoon mustered seeds
  4. 1/4 spoon turmeric
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 4 clove garlic
  7. 2-3 green chilli
  8. For tempering -
  9. 1 spoon oil
  10. 1/2 spoon mustered seeds
  11. 6-7 curry leaves
  12. 2 dry red chilli
  13. 1 pinch asafoetida

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut into pieces.
  2. In mixi jar put raw mango pieces, garlic, turmeric, musterd seeds,green chillies and salt.
  3. Grind them and make a fine paste.
  4. In a big bowl put yogurt and whisked it.
  5. Now add mango paste 1 cup water in whisked yogurt and mix well.
  6. Heat a tadka pan and add oil, musterd seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida.
  7. When they splutter than swich off the flame and pour on yogurt curry.
  8. Serve with rice.
