ABOUT Potato Raita RECIPE

Potato raita is very healty and easy to make at home within two minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Potato 2 medium
  2. Curd or Yogurt 2 cup
  3. Tamarind Chutney 1 tbsp
  4. Finely Chopped Green Chillies 1 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  8. For garnish..mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Bring one big bowl,add yogurt.
  2. Mix it well to make a smooth consistancy.
  3. Add green chillies,salt and mix well.
  4. Now cut the boiled potatoes as you like and mix it into the yogurt mixture.Mix well.
  5. Bring serving bowl,pour potato raita into the bowl.
  6. Now sprinkle roasted cumin powder,red chilli powder and tamarind chutney.
  7. Garnish with mint sprigs.Serve chilled.
