Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For crust
  2. 1.5 cups digestive biscuits crumbs
  3. 6 tbsp melted butter
  4. 4 tbsp icing sugar
  5. For Filling
  6. 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  7. 3 tbsp cream cheese at room temperature
  8. 2.5 tsp Gelatin
  9. 1/4 cup cold milk
  10. 1 cup whipping cream
  11. 1/4 cup icing sugar
  12. 3-4 tbsp or more cold condensed milk (adjust)

Instructions

  1. Mix digestive biscuits crumbs sugar and butter well. Grease a pie dish . Now add the crumb mixture to the pie pan. Press and shape to the pie dish evenly
  2. Chill the biscuit crust for 20 minutes
  3. Sprinkle Gelatin over cold milk. Keep it aside 5-10 minutes until spongy
  4. Microwave or with double boiler, heat gelatin and stir until dissolved completely
  5. Whip Cream and icing sugar until soft peaks form
  6. Greek yoghurt are available in market these days. If you do not get it only then substitute with hung curd. Alternative you can also use flavoured Greek yoghurt too , this will enhance the taste of the pie
  7. Add gelatin mixture, yoghurt, creamcheese, condensed milk to the whipped cream. Blend well. In case you want it more sweet increase the condensed milk quantity
  8. Slowly spoon the above mixture on ti the biscuit crust and level evenly. Chill for 5-6 hours or overnight
  9. Slowly detach the bottom of the pie dish and transfer pie to the serving plate. In case the pie dish does not have detachable bottom, leave it as is
  10. Garnish with chocolate shavings, fruits, nuts, tutti fruitti etc of your choice. Cut and serve cold
