Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Yogurt 1cup.
  2. Chopped onipn 1/2cup.
  3. Tomato puree 1table spoon .
  4. White pepper powder 1tea spoon .
  5. Salt 1tea spoon .
  6. Oil1tea spoon .
  7. For tampering:
  8. Red chilly powder 1pinch .
  9. Coriander leaves few.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan .lower the flame ,add chopped onion ,fry on low flame.
  2. Meanwhile blend yogurt and keep aside.
  3. When onion os pink add pepper powder,tomato puree and salt .stir .
  4. Add 1cup water and cook on low flame for 5minutes.
  5. Add blended yogurt.stir cotinuously till boil .
  6. Add more water to get your desired consistency.
  7. Remove from fire.
  8. Temper with red chilly powder and coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot.
