Mix curd,gram flour & water well without lumps
Heat 1 tap oil add Hing, Rai ,ginger garlic paster roast untill raw aromas goes off.
Add haldi powder,garam masala & curd better into kadhai.
Now add salt & add consistency of kadhi with water if required.
Bring it to boil for 5 mins & turn off gas
Now heat 1 tbsp oil ,add jeera,bay leaf & whole red chillies in this,
Temper your kadhi with this tadka.
Now make a batter with 1 cup gram flour,green chilli paste,haldi,jeera & salt as per yourr taste without lumps.
Keep this batter for 10 min covered
Heat sufficient be oil for deep frying pakodies.
Make small size pakodies & fry untill golden brown.
Remove it on paper towel
Add this hot pakodies into kadhi & leave it for 20 minutes.
Your hot hot kadhi pakodies are ready to serve.
Salt-as per teste
Water as required
