Wash and chop the chaap sticks.
Take a 200gm of hung curd in bowl add salt ,red chilly powder and chaat masala in it. Also add ginger garlic paste and lemon juice mix it properly.
Add chapped chaap piece in above bowl and keep it aside for 30 mins.
heat oil in wok add chaap nuggets in it. Fry properly. Take it out on tissue paper
Curd dip-take remaining curd add garlic chopped and green chilly in it. Add salt and chaat masala and coriander leaves.
Take a plate place chaap nuggets and curd dip and serve hot.
