ABOUT Noodles Parantha RECIPE

Noodles are an essential ingredient and staple in Chinese cuisine. The Paratha is one of the most simple and popular forms of cuisine from India.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour 2 1/2 cup
  2. Atta Noodle 200 Grams
  3. Oil for Roasting
  4. Ginger chopped 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Garlic chopped 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Green chilli chopped 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Carrot,chopped 1 cup
  9. Cabbage chopped 1 cup
  10. Green capsicum chopped 1 cup
  11. Spring onion chopped 1/2 cup
  12. Tomato chopped 1/2 cup
  13. Soy sauce 2 teaspoon
  14. Vinegar 2 teaspoon
  15. Red Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  18. Cheese – 1cup grated
  19. Paneer – 1cup grated

Instructions

  1. Combine whole wheat flour, salt, soy sauce in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead to soft dough. Cover and keep aside.
  2. Put a kadai in medium flame with 2 cups water and ½ tsp salt once hot add noodle cake and boil for 10 mins.
  3. Separate boiled noodle from water and keep it in a plate.
  4. Heat half of the oil in a non stick pan. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, spring onions, tomato and toss. Cook for three to four minutes.
  5. Add noodle, Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper powder , red chilli powder and mix. Add paneer and cheese and mix. Allow the mixture to cool.
  6. Divide both the dough and stuffing into eight equal portions.
  7. Stuff a portion of stuffing in a portion of dough and roll out into thick parantha.Heat a non stick tawa. Put the prepared parantha. Roast on medium flame till golden brown.
  8. Drizzle remaining oil and cook the paranthas till completely done. Serve hot. With tomato sauce or Masala Tea.
