ABOUT Curd Dip Veg Platter RECIPE

Curd is a very important food for our diet. It is probiotic and full of calcium ,magnesium and zinc.It is better than cheese or any other dairy dip.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd 200 gms
  2. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  3. Coriander chopped finely 1 tbsp
  4. Sea salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
  6. Lime juice 1 tsp
  7. Roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Mint leaves crushed 8
  9. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  10. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  11. Milk 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. If you have 1/2 kg fresh curd hang it in a muslin cloth for two hours.Take hung curd in a bowl.
  2. Add in all the ingredients one by one.
  3. Add crushed mint also.
  4. Add Olive oil. If you find the mixer too thick add little milk.
  5. Mix them nicely.
  6. Boil carrots,beans and Boil beans, cauliflower and carrots.Chop cucumber lengthwise .
  7. Serve hung curd dip with these vegetables.
