ABOUT Mango Shake in a Royal Bowl RECIPE

This is a very easy recipe and whenever I make it at home, my kids love it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mangoes - 2
  2. Rice [cooked] - 1 cup
  3. Sugar - 4 tbsp
  4. Cherry for decoration
  5. Cashew & almond [chopped] 2 tbsp
  6. Silver foils or warq [for decoration]
  7. pinch of cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes and chop them up.
  2. Add the chopped mangoes into the blender, and blend them.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of sugar and blend again.
  4. Add some milk and keep aside.
  5. Take boiled rice in kadai .
  6. Mash it with spoon. And pour half a quantity of mango pulp into the rice
  7. Add pinch of cardamom powder.
  8. Add 2 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
  9. Now stir it continuously till it becomes like dough (its consistency).
  10. After that , add cashew nut and almonds
  11. Make a ball with hands.
  12. Put it on middle of the plate.
  13. Take an empty bowl and press it slowly on the rice ball
  14. Make a shape of bowl shown in the pic
  15. Pour mango shake in it.
  16. Decorate with mango slices and cherries.
  17. And your mango shake in a Royal Bowl is ready..
