ABOUT Papad pepper's crunchy butter kabab RECIPE

This is a yummy kabab which is spicy and crunchy to taste.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 1/4 kg potatoes ( boiled)peal ,smash
  2. Papads 5 shallow fri smash
  3. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  4. 1 tsp chili flakes
  5. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 cup cornstarch
  8. 1/4 cup bread grams
  9. 1 tsp lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tsp daniya powder

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mashed potatoes along with some pepper into the bowl.
  3. Now add crushed papad pieces.
  4. Add onion,chili flakes,salt,daniya [coriander] powder
  5. Add the remaining ingredients along with lemon juice
  6. Make nice kabab batter, to coat the skewers with it.
  7. Apply oil on hands take a small amount apply like kakab on stick
  8. Now crush some more papad and place them in a plate.
  9. Take a each kabab and roll on the crushed papad.
  10. Heat some butter in a pan. and shallow fry the kababs.
