Combination of two Arabic desserts, prepared in easy way without baking.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Cooked rice 4tbsp
  3. cardamom powder 1 tsp
  4. Rose water 1tsp
  5. Sugar 4tbsp or more according to taste
  6. Cornflour 1tbsp
  7. Vermicelli 1/2cup
  8. BUTTER 1TBSP
  9. condensed milk 2tbsp
  10. Chopped pistachio for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Blend milk and rice together to a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer to a pan and cook on a low flame.
  3. Add cornflour slurry and cook further few mins.
  4. Then add sugar, cardamom powder and mix well till it gets thick.
  5. Switch off and add rose essence or rose water.
  6. Keep in the refrigerator for few mins.
  7. Meanwhile roast vermicelli with butter till brownish.
  8. Add condensed milk and mix well. Switch off. Cool.
  9. Take a serving glass glass and layer with cream and vermicelli.
  10. Top with chopped pistachio and serve.
