Ingredients Serving: 4

11/2 cup all purpose floure
2 tbs coco powder
1 cup powder suger
1 tbs vanila extract
1/4 cup choco chips
1/4 cup butter milk
4 tbs butter
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tbs baking soda
1/4 cup vegitable oil
Salt

Instructions

In a large bowl, sift the flour with the sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the melted butter mixture and beat with a handheld mixer at low speed until smooth.
then add the buttermilk and vanilla extract and beat until smooth
Pour the batter into the lined muffin tins, filling them about three-fourths full .top with choco chips.
Tap it and bake for 20 minute
Insert ghe toothpick .Let the cupcakes cool slightly, then transfer them to a rack to cool completely.
