Manchurian balls made with cabbage and the gravy with veggies

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. ½ cabbage
  2. Cornflour ½ cup
  3. Rdfined flour ½ cup
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Black pepper powder ½ spoon
  6. Refined oil
  7. Tomato sauce 2 spoon
  8. Chilli sauce 1½ spoon
  9. Soya sace 1 spoon
  10. Vinegar ¼ spoon
  11. ½ cup Finely chopped ( onion,garlic, capsicum,carrot)

Instructions

  1. Grate cabbage and squeeze access water
  2. Put cabbage in a bowl and mix salt, pepper powder, cornflour and refined flour
  3. Mix sauces ½ spoon each
  4. Mix well and make small balls of it
  5. Heat oil in a wok
  6. Deep fry these balls
  7. Heat 2 spoon oil and saute veggies
  8. Mix sauce and vinegar with little water
  9. add sauce in veggies and mix well
  10. When it is little thick add Manchurian balls and cook for 2 minutes
  11. Kids will love this Manchurian
