Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 potato
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Chat masala ⅛ spoon
  4. Wheat flour 1 cup
  5. Carom seeds ⅛ spoon
  6. Water as required
  7. Refined oil for deep frying + 2 spoons

Instructions

  1. Peel potato and cut into thin sticks
  2. Keep in cold water for 10 minutes
  3. Strain water in strainer
  4. Make a hard dough with wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,2 spoon oil and water
  5. Make lemon sized balls and roll into small puris
  6. Heat oil in a wok
  7. Deep fry Puri and potatoes on high flame
  8. Mix salt and chat masala to potatoes.
  9. Pack in lunchbox when it comes on room temperature
