This is a delicious recipe of vadas made with beetroots. A perfect snack for the evening tea.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Beetroot
  2. Channa dhal -1/2cups
  3. Thoor dhal-1/4cups
  4. Red chilly-5
  5. Fenugreek-1tablespoon
  6. Big onion-1
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Shredded coconut-2tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak dhal along with fenugreek for an hour.Grind it with red chilly to coarse texture.
  2. Mix along with shredded beetroot and coconut onion and curry leaves.
  3. Keep kadai in the stove.Add oil once it get heated keep simmer the stove.make small vada and deep fry it in oil.
