ABOUT Egg fritters (anda pakoda) RECIPE

A loved snack,mostly eaten at the time of iftar .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hard boiled eggs 6nos.
  2. Chickpea flour 2cups
  3. Giger _garlic paste 1table spoon
  4. Red chilly powder 1table spoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1tea spoon
  6. Cumin powder1tea spoon
  7. Pepper powder 1tea spoon
  8. Soda bi carb 1 pinch
  9. Butter 1table spoon
  10. Salt 1table spoon
  11. Chat masala 1tea spoon
  12. Oil 2cups (for deep frying)

Instructions

  1. Boil egg for 12_15 minutes,cool and peel.
  2. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile take chickpea flour in a deep bowl.
  4. Mix all the ingredients exept oil.
  5. Add one cup water and blend the chickpea flour properly.
  6. Make a batter of dropping consistency so tha egg pieces could be coated properly.
  7. Take out eggs from fridge and cut each egg inti 4 wedges.
  8. Heat oil in a kadahi.
  9. Coat each egg_piece into batter and fry on medium flame till golden.
  10. Fry 4_6 pieces at a time.
  11. Serve with tomato ketchup or àny sauce of your choice.
  12. Enjoy and remember me.
