ABOUT Wheat Spring Roll RECIPE

This is a delicious roll, filled with veggies. A perfect starter for all dinner parties.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 carrot cut into julliens
  2. 1 capsicum cut into julliens
  3. 1 onion cut into slice
  4. 1 bowl boiled noodles
  5. 1 tspn salt
  6. 1 tspn ajinomotto
  7. 2/2 bowl wheat flour dough
  8. 1 tspn ginger garlic paste
  9. 1/2 tspn soy sauce
  10. 1 tspn green chilli sauce
  11. 4 to 5 crushed garlic cloves
  12. Cooking oil
  13. 1 tspn vinegar
  14. 1 tspn red chilli sauce

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai and put 1 tspn oil in it.
  2. Now add crushed garlic cloves.
  3. Keep stirring and add sliced onion and saute for a min.
  4. Now add capsicum, carrot and ginger garlic paste.
  5. Saute it again for a min and keep stirring so that it does not get burnt.
  6. Now add boiled noodles and mix it.
  7. While mixing add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper to it
  8. Mix them Well so that they are combined to each other properly.
  9. Now transfer these noodles to the plate and let it cool down.
  10. Now its turn to make spring rolls.
  11. So take wheat dough kneaded with curd for fermentation.
  12. But you can use refined flour also.
  13. But i have used wheat fkour as it is healthy in comparison to refined flour.
  14. Now make balls of the dough.
  15. From balls, we have to make thin sheets.
  16. Stuff noodles on one side of the sheet.
  17. Put water on the edges of the sheet for pasting.
  18. Fold the sheet into inner side.
  19. Now roll on slowly slowly and paste the end with the water so that it does not get opened.
  20. Now heat the oil and one by one drop these wheat spring roll in the oil.
  21. Deep fry from both the sides but on medium flame.
  22. Now when it starts getting brown in color then remove it from the oil on kitchen absorbent paper.
  23. Wheat spring rolls are ready to serve.
  24. Serve them with red chilli sauce or mayonnaise sauce.
