Take sugar in a pan and add water,heat till sugar dissolves in water.when bubbles stert coming out ,remove from fire and keep aside.
Put another pan on stove on medium flame.
Add butter or ghee as your desire,when warm add splitted green cardemoms.
Add sevaiyan and fry on low flame till golden.
Fry for 2_3 minuted then add dry fruits.
Further fry for 1minute on low flame.
Now add sugar syrup,we 've made earlier
Raise the flame from low to medium.
Stir well gently to avoid clumsiness.
Cook for 2minutes,now sevaiyan are looking somewhat fluffy.
Now add khoya and crushed cheese .
Mix well.leave for 2minutes on low flame.
Add kewra water and dish out.
Garnish with silver foil and chopped dry fruits.
SERVING: 4
