ABOUT Wholewheat Banana Pancake RECIPE

Simple and healthy breakfast for babies using bananas.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 ripe banana (medium sized)
  2. 3 tbs wholewheat flour
  3. 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  4. 3 - 4 tbs milk

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas well. Add the flour and sugar and mix well.
  2. Add a little milk to make it pouring consistency like dosa batter.
  3. Heat a non stick tawa and grease with butter or ghee.
  4. Pour a ladleful of the batter on the tawa and spread.
  5. Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Flip over and again cover and cook till golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
