Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 4 cups All Purpose Flour
  2. 1/2 tbsp castor sugar
  3. 2 tesp yeast
  4. 1 1/2 tesp salt
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 3 /4 cup warm water
  7. 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  8. STUFFING
  9. Keema stuffing (or any veg stuffing)should be deep fried and not soggy.

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, knead for 15 minutes to a soft dough.
  2. Make a round ball of the dough,brush it with oil,place it in a well oiled bowl and cover with a plastic wrap.
  3. Wait for it to almost double in size
  4. Deflate the dough and divide it to 8 pieces equally.
  5. Take a piece of dough flatten like poori,add the stuffing and close it by bringing the edges around to the centre.
  6. Pinch and seal the dough,shape like a bun gently.
  7. Repeat with the remaining pieces.
  8. Place on a lined baking tray.
  9. Allow to rise for the second time
  10. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes
  11. Brush the buns with diluted milk and place it in the oven.
  12. Bake at 170 ℃ for 20 minutes
  13. Remove apply egg wash and place back into the oven,increase temperature to 200℃ with top rod on,for 5 minutes,or till the top of the bun is brown.
  14. Remove apply butter,let cool on a cooling rack.
  15. Keema stuffed buns are ready .
