Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 eggs
  2. 1 each finely choppedOnion, green chilli
  3. Salt , red chilli powder and black pepper powder
  4. 6 tsp.Refined oil
  5. 3 Buns

Instructions

  1. 1- Take a flat Tawa,put a tsp. of oil on it then break egg put little salt, red chilli powder and black pepper on it & turn it .
  2. 2- Take a bowl with finely chopped onion and green chillies break egg in it with little salt and red chilli powder.( through the shell )
  3. 3- Take flat Tawa switch on gas put oil on it and then above mentioned mixture.
  4. 4- Turn it with the help of spatula.
  5. 5- Take a serving plate keep bun in the corner and both cooked eggs with sauces.
