Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Idli Batter 1 cup
  2. Egg 2
  3. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  4. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  5. Onion 1
  6. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Oil as required
  11. Crushed pepper 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs well in blender and add salt,jeera powder
  2. In Pan heat oil add mustard seeds,urad dal.after add onion.saute it well.
  3. Now mix it with batter add crushed pepper.after add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.mix well.now batter is ready
  4. Heat paniyaram tawa.add oil.pour egg batter
  5. Flip it and cook other side.cook for 10 min in low flame
  6. Spicy Egg paniyaram is ready
