Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 bowl Soya chunks
  2. 2_3 potatoes
  3. 2 onions
  4. 4_5 tomatoes
  5. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 bayleaf
  8. 2 clove mace
  9. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  11. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  12. 1/2 tbsp garam masala

Instructions

  1. Cut onion tomato Ginger garlic green chilli and grind it.
  2. Now heat oil add bay leaf whole garam masala then add paste .dry roast now add Soya chunks and potatoes.
  3. Dry roast till oil comes out .add all spices again dry roast add water and vissel.
  4. Ready to eat Soya chunks potato.
