ABOUT Strawberry Lemonade RECIPE

A wonderful drink for a lazy Sunday afternoon, also an ideal drink to serve when friends come over.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup water
  2. 1/2 cup strawberries ( washed hulled and split in two)
  3. 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  4. 1/2 cup of sugar
  5. 1 cup soda
  6. Handful of ice cubes
  7. Mint leaves to garnish
  8. 3-4 strawberries to garnish

Instructions

  1. Put the strawberries into the blender, then add in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and blend it well till it forms a thick puree.
  2. Next sieve this puree into a bowl to remove the strawberry seeds.
  3. Take a jar, add in the strawberry puree, sugar, water, soda, and leftover lemon juice. Stir well until the sugar completely dissolves.
  4. Pour this mixture into glasses with some ice cubes, a garnish of sliced strawberries and mint leaves.
  5. Serve instantly for a delightful cooling effect.
