सामग्री सर्विंग: 4

  1. 750 GM chicken
  2. 2 tsp coriander seeds
  3. 2tsp poppy seeds
  4. 2 tap pepper corn
  5. 15 Red chilli
  6. 1/5 cup freshly grated coconut
  7. curry leaves
  8. 2 large onion thinly sliced cut
  9. 1tsp ginger paste
  10. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  11. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Freshly cut coriander leaves
  14. Oil 5spoon

निर्देश

  1. 1) Take pan add 2spoon coriander seeds, 2spoon poppy seeds, 2 spoon cumin seeds, 2 spoon black pepper add 15 Red chilli roast for 5min in low flame after roasting masala remove in plate,
  2. 2) Now add grated coconut and fry for it becomes golden brown after it becomes a golden brown remove in same plate let it cool down
  3. 3)
  4. After cool down all the masala shift in to a mixer jar and fine grind it
  5. 4) Now take a pan or kadai add 5spoon oil and allow to heat
  6. 5) Add curry leaves, add 2large onions and fry until it becomes a golden brown
  7. 6) Add 2spoon Ginger and garlic paste fry for 1min
  8. 7) Add chicken, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste mix well and fry for 4to 5 min
  9. 8) Add ground masala coat all masala on chicken add 1Cup Water mix well cover the lid and cook until chicken become a soft
  10. 9) Stir in between
  11. 10) Our telangana masala chicken is ready sprinkles fresh coriander leaves mix well and surve it Surve hot with roti, paratha or naan
