Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cooked rice. 1/2 cup
  2. Semolina. 1/2 cup
  3. Oats. 3 tbs
  4. Liquid milk. 3 tbs
  5. Rice flour. 1 tbs
  6. Bread crumbs. 1/2 cup
  7. Onion minced. 3 tbs
  8. Green chilli shredded. 1/2 tbs
  9. Salt. 1 tsp
  10. Carrot shredded. 3 tbs
  11. Potato shredded. 3 tbs
  12. Lamon juice. 1 tsp
  13. Green coriander leaves. 4 tbs
  14. Mastard oil. 1 tbs
  15. Roasted Cumin powder. 1 tsp
  16. All spices powder. 1/3 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP SEMOLINA, ADD 3 TBSP MILK
  2. STIR WELL, ALLOW TO REST FOR 5 MINS
  3. TAKE 1/2 CUP COOKED RICE, MASH
  4. ADD THE SOAKED SEMOLINA
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  6. ADD 3 TBSP EACH OF SHREDDED ONION, POTATOES & CARROTS
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP CORIANDER LEAVES
  8. ADD 1/2 CUP BREADCRUMBS, 1 TBSP RICE FLOUR, 3 TBSP OATS
  9. ADD 1/2 TBSP MINCED GREEN CHILLIIES-GINGER- GARLIC
  10. ADD 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA, 1 TSP ROASTED CUMIN POWDER, MIX
  11. ADD 1 TBSP MUSTARD OIL
  12. FLATTEN OUT A SMALL PORTION OF DOUGH ON A GREASED KITCHEN COUNTER
  13. CUT INTO DESIRED SHAPES OF CHOICE
  14. MAKE A HOLE IN THE CENTRE
  15. SHAPE & CUT ALL THE DOUGH
  16. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  17. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  18. PLACE ON ABSORBENT PAPER
