  1. 2 leftover chapati
  2. 1 onion finely chopped
  3. 1tomato finely chopped
  4. 4tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1/4 cucumber finely chopped
  6. 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  7. 1tsp lime juice
  8. 1tsp red chilly powder
  9. 4tbsp sev
  10. Black salt
  11. Chat masala

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. IN A BOWL, ADD VEGGIES, LIME JUICE,SALT, CHILLY POWDER, CUMIN POWDER. TOSS WELL
  3. MICROWAVE CHAPATI FOR 1-2 MINUTES SO THAT IT GETS PAPAD LIKE CRUST
  4. ADD VEGGIES MIX AS TOPPINGS OVER ROTIS
  5. SPRINKLE CHAT MASALA
  6. ADD SEV, CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE
