  1. French beans - 200 gms
  2. Potato - 1
  3. Onions - 1 small
  4. Tomato puree - 1/ 2 cup
  5. Haldi - 1/2 tspn
  6. Chilli powder - 1/ 2 tspn
  7. Green chillies - 1 or 2 small
  8. Salt
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Water - 2 tspn

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD CUMIN SEEDS, GREEN CHILLIES
  2. ONCE THEY SPLUTTER, ADD CHOPPED ONIONS
  3. SAUTE A LITTLE AND ADD FRENCH BEANS AND POTATOES
  4. SAUTE BY COVERING BECAUSE BOTH TAKES TIME TO COOK
  5. ONCE FRENCH BEANS BECOMES SOFT, ADD SALT AND COOK FOR 5 MIN
  6. ADD HALDI, CHILLI POWDER AND MIX
  7. ONCE GOOD AROMA STARTS COMING, ADD TOMATO PUREE AND CRUSHED GARLIC
  8. COOK BY COVERING FOR ANOTHER 5 TO 10 MIN
