Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cluster Bean 1/4 kg
  2. Onion 1 finely chopped
  3. Tomato 1 finely chopped
  4. G. Chilli 1 finely chopped
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  6. Chilli powder 1 t. Spoon
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Coconut shredded 3 T.. Spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bean Nd wash well
  2. Cut the onion tomato Nd garlic G.chilli
  3. Cut the bean like this
  4. Put the pan nd add 3 t. Spoon of oil nd add mustard seed 1/2 spoon
  5. Add onion Nd garlic g. Chilli Nd some curry leaves fry well
  6. After a 4 min add tomatoes Nd salt nd put a lid nd leave to tomato get Mashed
  7. After tomato well cooked Add a turmeric powder Nd
  8. Add a chilli powder
  9. After a 2 min fry add the bean Nd add 1/2 glass of water nd put lid to boil
  10. After 7 to 10 min bean came this form... Fry accordingly a while
  11. Add a coconut Nd stir well
  12. Tasty cluster Bean fry Ready
