ABOUT Besani Murg RECIPE

Its my own recipe.. I used besan or gram flour in this that is why i call it besani murg

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Besan 1 cup
  3. 3 onion sliced
  4. Ginger-Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  5. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  6. 2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  7. 1 Tablespoon cumin powder
  8. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  9. 2 Bay Leaves
  10. 10 green cardomom
  11. 7 Cloves
  12. 3 cinnamon sticks
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Musterd oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with oil, salt, onion, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder & coriander powder. Rest it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil & add the whole spices. Saute well.
  3. Then add remaining sliced onion & fry them.
  4. After this proccess add the besan or gram flour & stir continuously otherwise it will burn.
  5. When the besan soak the oil asd the marinated chicken. Stire well & add some water & simmer it till the chicken become tender & soft.
