thick red chillies stuffed with spices and pickled in mustard oil

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. thick red chillies 250 gm
  2. mustard oil 200 ml
  3. mustered seeds 25 gm
  4. coriander seeds 50 gm
  5. cumin seeds 25 gm
  6. fennel seeds 25 gm
  7. nigella seeds 25 gm
  8. fenugreek seeds 25 gm
  9. nigella seeds 25 gm
  10. red chilli powder 25 gm
  11. turmeric powder 25 gm
  12. salte yo taste

Instructions

  1. 1 wash and pet dry green chillies . put them under sunlight for 20 minuets
  2. make them hollow remove head and seeds from chillies
  3. dry roast whole spices in a woke and grind them . add powdered spices salt and 50 ml oil now mix well
  4. fill this in empty mirchi.
  5. put them in an airtight container pour remaining mustard oil in it .
