Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dough( wheat flour)
  2. Achar ka masala
  3. ghee

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough with gradually adding small quantities of water. Keep aside for a few minutes.
  2. Take the dough and make a small chappati.
  3. Spread masala of the mango pickle.
  4. Fold it and again roll down to get a thick chapati.
  5. Roast it on a hot tava.
  6. Saute with ghee from both side.
  7. Serve hot with butter. Enjoy the tangy tasty of Achari Paratha.
