Ingredients: 4 bread slices; 50 gram paneer cut into square shape; 4 tbsp schezwan sauce; 1/2 cup gram flour; 2 tbsp suji; 1 tsp red chilly powder; 1/2 tsp turmeric powder; 1/2 tsp cumin; Salt to taste; Oil for frying

ABOUT Schezwan paneer squares RECIPE

It is my innovation , combination of bread pakora and paneer pakora, with schezwan sauce

Ingredients Serving: 2

4 bread slices
50 gram paneer cut into square shape
4 tbsp schezwan sauce
1/2 cup gram flour
2 tbsp suji
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions

Cut the bread slice into 4 squares and apply schezwan sauce on each square , preapre all the square in same way
Place paneer piece on each slice
Cover with another slice , like this
Make a thick batter with gram flour , suji , carrom seeds , red chilly powder , turmeric powder and salt
Dip the prepare square in the batter
Fry till golden brown
Serve hot
