Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For paneer tikka
  2. Paneer 100 gm
  3. Maida 1 tablespoon
  4. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Salt
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1/4
  9. For fried rice
  10. Cooked Basmati rice 1cup
  11. Ghee 2 tablespoons
  12. Onion chopped 1/4 cup
  13. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  14. Carrot grated 1/4 cup
  15. Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
  16. Spring onion chopped 1/4 cup
  17. Schezwan sauce 2 tablespoons
  18. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  19. Chilly sauce 1 teaspoon
  20. Salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate paneer for 10 minutes with all the spices mentioned
  2. In a tawa sprinkle some oil and dry roast paneer till brown and crispy
  3. In a kadai add ghee and saute onion
  4. Add ginger garlic paste
  5. Add vegetables and saute for 2 minutes
  6. Cook covered for 2 minutes in low flame
  7. Add all sauces and mix well
  8. Add rice and mix well
  9. Add fried paneer
  10. Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves
  11. Serve hot with raita
